SERVICE POLICY
1. Purpose
This policy outlines the standards and requirements for cleaning services at the appointment address to ensure a safe, sanitary, and professionally maintained environment. It also establishes insurance information to protect both the client and the company.

2. Scope
This policy applies to all internal and external cleaning services, including BobbyButler employees, performing janitorial, custodial, or sanitation-related tasks on any property owned, leased, or managed by the client.

3. Service Standards
All cleaning services adhere to the following standards:

Follow cleaning schedules per the service agreement.

Use approved cleaning agents suitable for all surfaces.

Use appropriate cleaning materials for specific surfaces.
-
Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
-
Dispose of waste in accordance with company procedures.​

4. Supervision and Access

Services must be performed during approved hours unless authorised otherwise.

Cleaning staff will check in and out at the designated location.

Access to restricted or sensitive areas is not permitted without prior approval.

Cleaned areas will be photographed as part of the sign off procedure.

5. Cancellations/Reschedule
-
Cancellations can be done with receiving a full refund up to 48 hours before the appointment.

Cancellations done less then 48 hours before the appointment will incur a 50% loss of earnings fee calculated based on the amount paid. Thus you will receive a 50% refund of the amount paid.

Reschedules can be done at no cost up to 48 hours before the appointment.

Reschedules done less then 48 hours before the appointment will incur a £30 loss of earnings fee.

6. BobbyButler Premium Cleaning main Insurances

Public Liability Insurance: Cover any damage to your property.

Employers Liability Insurance: Protects staff from injury or illness claims.

7. Conduct and Appearance
-
Cleaning specialists will always maintain a professional demeanour.

Cleaning specialists will refrain from smoking, eating, or disruptive behaviour while on duty.

8. Complaints
Please contact us within 24hrs after receiving the sign-off email. If you feel the cleaning was not up to standard. We will gladly re-clean these areas free of charge.

9. Review and Modifications
This policy will be reviewed annually and may be amended to reflect updated laws, safety standards, or operational requirements
